What If Your Restlessness Is Trying to Tell You Something?

What If Your Restlessness Is Trying to Tell You Something?

There comes a time in many women's lives when everything looks fine...

Yet something doesn't feel quite right.

It's difficult to explain.

You're grateful for your life.

You've built a career.

Raised a family.

Supported the people you love.

You've done so many of the things you once hoped to do.

So why do you feel restless?

For many women, the first response is to dismiss the feeling.

"I shouldn't feel this way."

"Nothing's wrong."

"I'm probably just overthinking."

So they stay busy.

They distract themselves.

They wait for the feeling to disappear.

But what if that quiet restlessness isn't something to fix?

What if it's something to listen to?

We pay attention when our body tells us we're hungry.

We listen when we're tired.

We respond when we're thirsty.

Sunday reflection

Our bodies are constantly giving us information.

Perhaps our emotional lives are doing the same thing.

Perhaps restlessness isn't arriving to make your life harder.

Perhaps it's arriving because you've changed.

The woman you are today may no longer be asking the same questions she asked ten or twenty years ago.

Your priorities may have shifted.

Your values may have deepened.

Your heart may be longing for something you haven't given yourself permission to explore.

That doesn't mean your life has been wrong.

It doesn't mean you need to throw everything away.

It simply means it's worth becoming curious.

Instead of asking,

"How do I stop feeling this way?"

Try asking,

"What might this feeling be trying to tell me?"

That single question changes everything.

Because curiosity creates space.

Space to hear yourself.

Space to notice what you've been overlooking.

Space to reconnect with what matters now.

I believe many women already carry the wisdom they need for this next chapter of their lives.

The challenge isn't finding more answers.

The challenge is slowing down long enough to hear their own.

And perhaps that's where self-trust begins.

Not with certainty.

Not with having your whole future mapped out.

But with becoming willing to listen.

If this conversation resonates with you, I'd love to invite you to join me for my Self-Trust Reset, beginning July 28.

Over three live mornings, we'll create the space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what it really means to trust the wisdom you've been carrying all along.

Because the feeling you've been trying to ignore...

may be the very feeling that's trying to guide you into your next chapter.

I’d love to have you join us.
