Why You Keep Second-Guessing Yourself (Even When You Already Know the Answer)
The Conversation I'll Never Forget
Have you ever noticed how exhausting it is to keep having the same conversation with yourself?
You know the one.
Should I?
Shouldn't I?
Maybe I need more time.
Maybe I should ask one more person.
Maybe next month I'll be clearer.
If that's where you are today, this Sunday Reset is for you.
It's for the woman who has been carrying a decision around for weeks, months or maybe even years.
The woman who isn't looking for another opinion.
She's looking for the courage to believe her own.
This week, after the first day of the Self-Trust Reset, one of the women sent me a message.
She wrote:
"Thank you so much for today! It has really helped me TRUST MYSELF AND MY JUDGEMENT! I made a very important decision today!"
When I read that, I smiled.
Not because she had made a decision.
But because she had finally trusted herself enough to make it.
That made me wonder...
How many of us already know?
How many of us have known for a long time?
Yet we keep asking the question, hoping someone else will give us an answer we can finally believe.
Here's what I believe.
Most women don't have a decision problem.
They have a self-trust problem.
We've become so used to looking outside ourselves for reassurance that we've forgotten how to listen inward.
We collect opinions.
We wait for certainty.
We hope someone will tell us we're making the right choice.
But certainty rarely comes first.
Self-trust does.

The women I guide aren't looking for someone to tell them how to live their lives.
They're looking for the confidence to believe what they already know.
And that confidence isn't built by getting another opinion.
It's built every time you honour your own.
So let me ask you something.
Is there a conversation you've been postponing?
A boundary you've been afraid to set?
A dream you've quietly talked yourself out of?
A decision you've already made in your heart but keep sending back out for approval?
Pause for a moment.
Take a breath.
And ask yourself one simple question.
What do I already know?
Don't rush to answer.
Don't explain it away.
Just notice what comes up.
Because that quiet voice inside you...
The one you've been doubting...
May be the wisest voice you have.
This week, instead of asking someone else what they think first...
Spend a few minutes listening to yourself.
You may discover that the answer you've been searching for has been with you all along.
